2010 Season is Finally Here! Wow, seems like a really long winter has finally passed, and we are ready for the 2010 season. We open the season at Ben Hur Speedway on April 17th, fielding our Diversipak sponsored karts in the Jr. Stock and Jr. Animal classes. Jacob will be looking for his fourth straight Jr. Animal Track Championship, which has never been accomplished before! We got a little preview last week, as we had some test and tune time at the track, allowing us to get some track time to get the karts dialed in. After a couple of minor adjustments, Jacob was well pleased with how his karts were handling and very pleased with the track speeds, claiming his black kart was a "rocket ship!" We're so thankful for the support that Diversipak provides our race team, and we look forward to a great 2010!

Jacob's High School football team plays for the Indiana State Football Championship today. Sunday, November 8, 2009 Monday, October 19, 2009 "5-Time Champ, Baby!"-those were Jacob's words after the action was complete on October 17th. Jacob secured his fifth track championship in three years, by winning the Junior Animal Division at Ben Hur Speedway for the third year in a row! No one else has ever accomplished that feat, and Jacob did in convincing fashion again this year.We're very thankful for all of the support from our family and sponsors, especially Dan at Diversipak. We could not do it without his support! Thursday, September 24, 2009 Jacob takes a wild rideDuring last Saturday's feature, while Jacob was leading the race, the second place kart gets into Jacob and a nasty wreck follows. Here's the video.Both drivers walked away, however Jacob got nine stitches in his leg afterwards.
